• Our Let Only Service is subject to a standard fee which is calculated at 10% of 6 months rental income with a minimum fee of  £594 INC VAT.
• Our Fully Managed Service is subject to a standard fee of 12% INC VAT (per calendar month) with a tenancy set-up fee of £180 INC VAT.

In order to adapt to the legislation changes which are due to be implemented as a result of the Renters Right Act our fees will be changing as the services we offer adapt to these changes. We will provided updates on fee and service changes, here on our website.
