What a difference a day makes!

In April, Amy went out to a beautiful, luxury 2 bed apartment in Ranmoor to give the landlord rental advice and an accurate rental figure. The two really hit it off, building up a great rapport during the appointment, so much so, the landlord instructed Evans Lee to deal with the letting and management of his property there and then.

Amy promised to provide an exceptional service, assuring the landlord she would find a reliable tenant asap. As soon as she returned to the office, Amy started working through her client list and later that day was showing a professional couple around the property. Their application was received the very same day, and the tenants moved in 3 weeks later for a twelve month contract. Which gave the landlord just enough time to put the finishing touches to the property ensuring that his tenants were delighted with their new home.
