• We offer full transparency regarding permitted payments (fees).
• We will talk you through how the up and coming changes from the Renters Rights Act will affect your tenancy.
• When you apply for one our properties we will keep everything as simple as possible.
• Your new rental property will be fully compliant and ready for you to move into.
• On move in day, you will attend our office to sign the relevant paperwork and you will be given the keys to your new home.
• Once moved in we will then either hand your tenancy over to your new Landlord, or we will manage your tenancy ourselves
